There are many enjoyable activities to take part in. Most experts advise the simple act of walking. Actually everyone knows how to do it is, it is readily available, it is “portable”, it is inexpensive, and it works .You can do it alone, with a friend or with a group. Jogging certainly is an acceptable form of exercise. It is good to know that you burn just as many calories walking a mile as you do jogging a mile.
